Signed and numbered Art Poster on 650 copies by Emmanuel Lepage: Anna's Travels - Abu Simbel.
In June 2004, 10 separate prints, made from unpublished drawings created during the creation of the album "Anna's Travels," are printed for a special edition of the album. A text (written by Sophie Michel) accompanies each image and tells the story of Anna and Jules (Emmanuel Lepage's alter ego), between 1885 and 1910. In the various parts of the world that the two characters travel, they blend their discoveries of other places, other ways of life, and their mutual discovery of each other.
Material: Thick velin paper.
Dimensions: 40 x 30 cm.

I remember the mix of excitement and sadness I felt: finally, the adventure was there and, at the same time, I realized that nothing could bridge the gap between my family and me. They would never understand my departure, my refusal of the conformist and narrow-minded life they offered me...
Then I decided not to look back anymore. It was the first time you drew me by your side; was it sacrilege for your pencil to be so light?
