Chaland Screen Printing: The Young Albert's Bullfight

Numbered silkscreen print on 130 copies, based on the work of Yves Chaland: "La corrida du jeune Albert".
Screen printed using five-color passes and featuring one of Chaland's iconic characters, in 2012.
Yves Chaland, along with Ted Benoit, Serge Clerc, and Floc'h, helped revive the "Ligne claire" (clear line) style in France during the 1980s. This work pays tribute to his legacy, as the artist passed away prematurely at the age of 33 in 1990.
